Take Aadhaar Update Form from the Kendra.
Fill all the details asked in the form, and don’t forget to mention your correct date of birth as per the document which you would be submitting.
The operator will feed in details, you should make sure if he or she entering it without making any errors. If you find any mistakes you can straightaway ask to correct it.
Once done, your biometrics will be captured for confirmation and an Aadhaar Update receipt would be handed over to you.
