What incase if a customer wants to get a new SIM connection but he or she doesn’t have Aadhaar Card. So in this case there is still traditional method with which you could get new SIM Card without Aadhaar Card by submitting your ID Proof and Address Proof documents. But later on once you get your Aadhaar Card you will have to get your Aadhaar Number linked with your connection, as skipping linking your Aadhaar Number with your Mobile Number would end up getting your number blocked.

To get a new mobile connection you will have to visit nearest mobile retailer or store, with your passport size photograph and any of the below documents from ID Proof and Address Proof.

Store person or retailer will provide you several numbers to choose from, you can choose any from available numbers.
