Take photocopies of the supported documents and self-attest on those copies. Enclose those copies to the Aadhar Enrolment Application form, make sure while visiting enrolment center you take document originals along with you as it may be asked for verification purpose.
Take your form and documents and visit Aadhar Enrolment Seva Kendra which you have found through search in Assam, submit Aadhaar Enrolment Form along with photocopies of the documents to the concerned authority at Aadhar Seva Kendra.
Aadhar Seva Kendra Verifier will check your documents and forward your application to the operator.
You will be asked to have a seat, the operator will feed in all details in the software. You should check if operator is entering all details correctly, and your one facial photograph, fingerprints and iris will be captured.
