  1. Can you please suggest me that a person aged 27 years and mentally handicapped , unable to support any direction of aadhar centre people for registration , what process should be adopted . Can the aadhar centre’s man come to my home for the purpose ?

  2. Mentally handicapped patients do not always respond easily to being photographed and finger printed. I took my brother who is mentally handicapped to the Aadhar centre and with great difficulty the officer managed to get a photograph. The finger printing and iris scan was done and all ten fingers were correctly shown in the acknowledgement from. However the Aadhar was rejected by the back office.. It is now going to be a difficult task to again prepare my brother to go for the Aadhar a second time. How can I avoid repetitive visits which are traumatic for my brother for the Aadhar card?

    • Hello Anandi,

It’s very sad to hear that after going through so much hassles, your brother’s Aadhaar Application got rejected. But as of now there is no way other than re-enrolling your brother for Aadhaar by following the same process.
