Yes you are correct, the option to download Aadhaar PDF by entering mobile number other than registered mobile number is no more available. Now to be able to download your Aadhaar Card Online, mobile number should be registered with your Aadhaar. If your registered mobile number is inactive or if mobile number is not registered with Aadhaar than visit nearest Enrolment Center to update it.

While downloading your Aadhaar in the above form you will have to enter new mobile number and the OTP will be sent to that new mobile number which you entered. Once you enter OTP just click on validate and download, that’s it your Aadhaar Card PDF will get downloaded.

In this case i would like to request you to get your mobile number updated with your Aadhaar by visiting Aadhaar Enrolment Center. And once your mobile number gets updated in your Aadhaar you will be able to download your Aadhaar from UIDAI e-Aadhaar Download Portal.
